Default Proposed server/LAN rig

Hey,
Having had no success with clarkdale benchwise (max 4.7 on air, couldn't even get that on LN2)
I'm looking to sell, and with interest in my motherboard, and having seen several SFF builds, it made me want one.
I've considered one for a while, since lugging my watercooled 800D to and from LANs is both annoying, and scary
Here she is:

Sorry for the size, will edit later.

System will be based around:
i5 670
4gb 2000mhz CAS9
500gb WD HDD
GTX260 (1.8gb edition)

So need to buy a new board, case, psu and cooler
Am waning mini/micro board, have been looking at the H70 for cooling. Silverstone/Lian Li cases seem to be the way forward. And not sure on PSU.
Any recommendations?

Gigabyte H55 if you go m-itx. I'm not too sure one what's available in m-atx now. Maximus III Gene is about all newegg has in m-atx. Not sure what you have in your country??

Yeah, for the mini boards the only options seem to be gigabyte, dfi or zotac.
dfi I can only get 2nd hand, which I don't mind since I need to keep costs down, but I think I can get the giga for around £80 new, so looks like it will be that.
Can't afford the gene, got £300 tops to spend on all 4 bits, and the gene is £150 or so over here.

Giga H55 is supposed to be a killer board. Just remember there is no DFI anymore so you are SOL if it needs RMA'd.

Yeah, am in talks with duniek about a custom case he has that he's looking to sell.
Only possibly issue is the PSU, but I'm finding out more.
And true, I'll probably go with the giga board, my current daily is a X58-UD5, very nice board.
Any suggestions for PSU?
Will keep you guys updated as it progresses

Now looking at either the Lian Li PC-Q08 or the PCV351.
Looking like it's going to be the GA-H55N-USB3 board, H70. And so that us leaves the case and PSU for £130 ish.
Been offered a non modular 530W bequiet for £30, but while it's an awesome PSU, being non modular it may cause real issues :/

Best clocker of the bunch from my testing with i3/i5...easy 5GHz + with your chip. (The S2H as well if you can find it)

Well, considering I'm struggling to get 5G on SS with a board that has got a 661 to over 6.5g, I wouldn't bet on it.
And i'm not looking for extreme clocks, aiming for around 4ish, nice and easy.
May go for a mitx case so wouldn't be able to go for that board.
