If I am going to Spend $300. I might as well just get an R2E or classified. I was thinking "budget" As in 200-250 new and I will grab it for 150+ used.
I have seen open box r2es on newegg for far less than that.
A la P6, r2Gene Foxconn etc. hmm newegg labelled the tpower board "world record OC for 940. Only 4.8 GHz though :( Wonder if that means throttling is disabled. I have only had 2 biostar boards before, both were cheap POS's but they were cheap lol One I only kept for a couple of weeks (945 chipset) other (I forget) was for socket A, NF2 maybe? Died and resurrected itsefl about 1-1.5 years later when I pulled it outta the closet and tried firing it up
(That is one hell of a CMOS reset time I tell ya!)
