when i was at work i found a Phoenix Bios chip kinda really happy about it, and the sticker on it was like about to come off and all and so i just tired it open enough that i can see what the hell is under it...
and got the answer i been wondering...
just to answer my own question... Phoenix BIOS = Winbond BIOS
