I'm thinking it's atmospheric - or low pressure
Second time this has happened but I had planned on going gung ho tonight, but... could be worse, I guess. If it doesn't start flowing by tomorrow afternoon I'll take it outside and let it sit in the sun for awhile.. that'll do it
