Just got home. It was more of an adventure than a vacation. Drove up Haleakala and took some great pictures at the summit. Spent a whole day in Lahaina which was pretty cool to visit again. The most fun was on the road to Hana. Yeah the hikes and beaches and hippies were fun but driving rest of the way around Haleakala at night was just plain insane. That was a hair rising night ride around the mountain as fast as I could drive in the dark. Got my adrenalin pumpin alright. I will say, this vacation was one for the books. It felt like a home away from home, away from home.
