Oh man that is nice for an 1866 kit. Nip that would look real good in your Classified fight12

Jeffro64 06-09-2009 10:51 AM

Nice... And yes they would look good on the Classy.

Chuchnit 06-09-2009 10:57 AM

That is really tight timings on 1866 ram. Definitely better than what Corsair is offering.

punx223 06-09-2009 11:13 AM

those are awesome!!!

DrNip 06-10-2009 09:01 AM

The Corsair GT's are about the same timings, 7-6-7-20. I am pretty sure those are Samsung IC's. I personally prefer Elpida's over them now.

Not sure about that buddy. I think the Corsair 1866 are 7-8-7-20. Plus I don't know of any other low voltage IC's that will do near as low of timings as the Elpida hyper chips. You know some good stuff I don't?

DrNip 06-10-2009 11:08 AM

I meant 7-8-7-20. I dunno if those are Elpida's though.

DrNip 06-10-2009 11:09 AM

Just confirmed they are Elpida's.

I'm a DDR3 2000 type of guy. If I had to chose I would prolly go with the Redline Ascent version as I am a lil more fond of the heatsink.

Mushkin Redline Ascent

and the regular

Mushkin Redline

Thanks Chuchnit for makin me give the Redlines a 2nd look.

Take a look at this thread now:
