DDR Stuff..

so i been looking around my house and found some stuff i didn't even know i had it...
but here is what i am here to ask...
i found some single sided and some double sided ram too
what's the difference between them?

the single sided the IC is NT5TU128M8DE-AD 82512W1DF made by NANYA
and double sided V916765K24QCFW-G6 IC is saying V59C1512804QCF25A made by ProMOS

how different are they?

and how is OCZ2RPR800C44GK?
i really don't know how fair should they go?
i had them to like 1066 before and it was @ 5-5-5-18 2.1v
i looked everywhere......

Micron D9 chips. They won't go much higher than that, but they will go 4-4-4-x to over 900.

The Nanya ram is junk.
The ProMos will clock OK.

what is like a good DDR2 IC?
i have always been told it was Micron D9 that's why i got them...

what about 1GB VS 2GB overclocking?
1G is easier to overclock than 2GB is that right?

They are good. I have a set too. I can go 960 @ 4-4-4-12 or 1025 @ 5-5-5-12.

Not necessarily. Certain benchmarks will score better with less memory as opposed to more.

i see..
so i monna save a set of the 2x1GB
dose over write the SPD in the RAM help with overclocking at all?
like use software to edit the SPD profile and then have the ram think it's something much different the what it really is..
or because the ram it self is physically limited by the hardware / or / IC...

i have some software that's able to overwrite the SPD on the RAM and like lower the timming or upper the speed
