Was just messing around tonight and checked my internet speed... Good Grief !

Yeah upload is sucky. When I subbed for TechNet and downloaded every ISO they had it onlt took an afternoon to rip everything TechNet had LOL.

I'm not gettin how you are so fast but only scored a 3.4 out of 5 stars buckeye. Heck I scored a 3.5 out of 5 with only 11 something Mb/s download. Was yours a glitch as I have never seen speeds of 100Mb/s download?

Not sure what you mean about the stars and rating.

Thats not how I rate the system, or even how my machine does, its how Comcast as a whole is rated, at least I think ?

And to be completley honest here its not allways like that or has been. Last summer it was horrible when the heat set in the central valley. When temps started breaking 100 we would lose internet, usually that lasted from abut 1:00pm to about 9:00pm.

They did do some major upgrades in our area tho so things have improved a great deal.

With these speed tests for interent like the one I used here they change with every single test. I could try right now and only get 60Mb/s and try again it would be different. Different times of the day its different also.

Wish they would upgrade like that around here.

Just got upgraded to 4 Mb upload here, same 16 down though *sigh. I have to check my modem though and see if DL is being limited to 16 because of the modem (DOCSIS 2). Seems a bit weird they would up the up 4x and nothing to the Download...

Decent download but weak upload here....
