I think some people aren't getting it.

Its cool, theres likely a language barrier to be present and we expected outside scores within the ranking, only validated submissions are eligible for the prizes so its all G no matter wut.

It is very weird tho...says post submissions here and then you have HWBot. Perhaps bolder letters would help?

EDIT: I made a post on the discussion thread about it. Just thinking out loud, overseas shipping might be a killer. :ohcrap:
