LOL Not on my setup either. I upgraded the board so I could pass 4.7. No luck
Oddly though this board is strong enough that I can run HTT on as high as I can with no HTT :ohcrap: Which is to say 220 BCLK booting. (221 and 222 in windows is doable 223 insta freeze)

what board you running? increase pci-e is what it sounds like it needs. Im at 107 atm

E758, tried up to 110 PCIE no love. going to do some reading on the arch and figure out what is where and go from there see if it is possible to get it to happen or if a mod needs to be done
Off note, this board has some BIG ASS heatsinks on it, but they are not very effect. (With a 140 mm fan helping, the chipset and VRMs still run warmer than the CPU. So might have to tear it apart and fix it for EVGA :)
