Hyperlinks look exactly like the rest of the text.
Maybe bold font or italics or something, should just be a simple CSS adjustment.
(Or we can just continue to add "click me" or "this" when we link things)

See?

Maybe change them to display red as bold or italics tend to blend in at times?

Red would work well and fit in with the theme :)

If I recall it was set up like this back when we had the OCA Dark theme and OCA Light Theme. The OCA Light Theme was identical to the Dark Theme but its colors where red, white, blue with a little black in it. For the two to coordinate together well we had it like this because any other way and they clashed. I'm trying to remember though as it seems there was somethin else for the reason we had it like that.

What about underlining?

I found it easier on my site to set the font color in the posts to a different (darker) color than the links to avoid changing the numerous links around the site and mainly on the main forum page.
So now in my posts the links are white (# ffffff ) and the standard text font is a gray color and the two are easy to tell apart.
Just thought I'd put that out there as this sites color scheme is similar to mine. http://www.blazingpc.com/forum/
