Biostar i45 error code b0?

Hi,
Got my biostar from RMA today
However, while it turns on, the code on the thingy is b0
Which I cant find any info about?
And it just sits there, all lights and fans are on
But it just sits there, and doesnt do anything
There is a small LED on near the main power socket, but not a lot else....
Hope this doesnt mean my cpu is dead aswell as my board was

Somethin wrong with your boot devices? Maybe fixed or removable media? Just takin a stab at it.

Yeah, maybe
It got stuck on B1 just now, which is the code for preparing the OS for boot.....
But, nothing appears on the screen
Surely, even if it had no bootable drive etc, it would still POST?
