Heading to Maui tomorrow for a much needed vacation. Its been 12 years since I was last there. So looking forward to spending some quality time with the wife and kids in Lahaina.

Way awesome ride, but might be a bit long for the kids

Just got home. It was more of an adventure than a vacation. Drove up Haleakala and took some great pictures at the summit. Spent a whole day in Lahaina which was pretty cool to visit again. The most fun was on the road to Hana. Yeah the hikes and beaches and hippies were fun but driving rest of the way around Haleakala at night was just plain insane. That was a hair rising night ride around the mountain as fast as I could drive in the dark. Got my adrenalin pumpin alright. I will say, this vacation was one for the books. It felt like a home away from home, away from home.

I hear ya, that road gets hairy on the north side when you run out of paved roads , Glad you had a good time :thumbsup:
