Just wanted to let eveyone know that this Scyteh Kaze Fan Controller:

*MAY* eventually perish while running these 3k rpm Scythe Ultra Kaze Fans:

The controller is rated at 1amp on 4 channels, here is the rating on the 3k rpm
3k rpm | 46 db | 133cfm | .60a (these buggers BLOW HARD!)
I used the fan controller at about 2k rpm with these fans during normal operation and they move alot of air quietly. But during intense computing I run them at 3k rpm and the controller only displayed up to 2800 rpm. Its rated to display up to 7500 rpm.
Pinch of salt. Its also rated to operate between temperatures of 0c thru 100c. I however took it down to -8c via an forced air conditioner mod. SO it might be my fault, a weak controller or too extreme temperatures.
FYI
