Just got around taking a look at the SMD strips I've ordered few month ago. turned out they are 19in/strip connected by soldering on.
Trying to do some fun fun lighting mods on my main rig.
Since there is going to be at least 4 and potentially installing more, and using all molex i cut off from other cables is gonna get really expensive (i looked up and they are like $1 ea from starting) and using 100 molex like i've been doing is getting out of hand.
My idea/goal is building clear casing, using ONE molex plug, then having NINE JST RC Plug connectors. With a veritable resistor, to control how bright the thing is, and maybe having a switch, but i don't see much point to it.
I have a 30 x 23 PCB board.

I was deciding between using the setup showing above using
positive side 123456789 - 123456789 negative side
Pros - all cables would be the same length,
Cons - all cables would be very short
OR
positive side 123456789 - 123456789 negative side
Pros - cables will be unevenly spread out,
Cons - some cables such as 9 and 8 would be extra longer than 1 and 2
Also if i use 123456789 - 123456789 every connector can be evenly spaced as well, and 123456789 - 987654321 will either stack the connectors up or line them up
The lines behind the numbers are getting everything linked
Also the thing in the middle is a simple LED bubble so i know it's getting power
