hotwire= hook your voltmod to the motherboard and have voltage control through the OC key

OCkey= small device that hooks between VGA and monitor connection, also has a connection to the mb. This allows for an video overlay on the monitor that can display and adjust bios volts and such

not sure what thunderbolt is, maybe a sound card/LAN feature

Thunderbolt is a daisy chainable high speed connection.

First seen on MAC. can daisy chain up to 6 devices and even a DP monitor as 7th device in chain.

uses 2x pcie Link

supposed to be considerably faster than USB or SATA III. The high end ASUS Z77 board has one too.. I read up on it on the egg :P

no need for this unless you like hotwire / want to run 4-way :)

yeah I have a couple Thunderbolt boards from ASUS recent.

Basically a faster than USB 3.0 interconnect.... but also daisy chainable so that you can hook up to 6 Thundebolt devices daisy chained from a single cable from IO..

then at the end of that line can use a Displayport display since thunderbolt interface also carries DisplayPort signal.
