That's what greeted me when I went to maaddaawg.com this morning. The hacker was polite at least, and apologized saying he was only doing his job :hater:
I called my hosting company, CoolHand and was connected with the one female customer service person - who is unfortunately a total bitch :thumbdown: Whenever I call, she basically blows me off and today was no exception (note the guys I've talked to there have always been very helpful)
She told me I had to upload my website again and presumably everything would be wonderful. I told her of the e-mail I had received from them on July 1 saying the server was compromised so they shut it down and changed everyones password. When it came back up, my site was fine. Therefore, I argued that the server was still compromised and insisted she open a ticket.
I was told a support tech rep would get back to me in 1 to 3 hours. I got an e-mail about a half hour later saying they were unable to resolve the issue and they were elevating it to a level 3 tech, who, of course, only works Mon/Fri.
Thing that pisses me off the most is I pay extra $$ for their top of the line security package.... assholes :scared:
