Quite possibly a more challenging build than even the BattleStar :eek:

Built in a Corsair 800D with 2 loops and 3 rads I'm thinking I pulled it off rather nicely and that it looks pretty sharp. Unfortuanately I'm gonna have to tear it down and rebuild it before I can use it due to a glitch in the motherboards matrix :shock: .

Built on a Classified 769 ( the 760 with the HC chipset block and an EPC, a 980X and a EVGA GTX 590, this should be a screamer once I square off the mobo issue. For some reason it hangs at 25 on every cold boot, but if you hit the reset it boots right into Windows no probs :Dizzy: You can't see it but I mounted a Kryos HT (not sure of the initials) to the CPU (its a big ass chuck of copper through and through) using a Kingpin mounting system cause the one they sell you doesn't work.

Feser Mosta Lite 3x140mm RAD running horizonal on top cools the 590, the EK 2x120 and the Thermochill 1x120 cool the CPU and chipset. Beast is quiet but deadly :rofl:

Took a couple pics, as you'll see I used quite a few bitspower snackes, curves, extensions, yada, yada, yada to replace tubing in many places.

I'll post full pics when it's officially completed and setup to the 3 x 27in HD monitors :D

PS. Each loop has a round DD resv that mounts to the piping on the back above the EK rad. To add fluid I simply need to remove the plug, screw in the resv., and pour :) not shown in any of these pics. Quick disconnects so the cards and/or CPU and be swapped out easily ;)

The Corsair 800dD is rather huge - heavy too cause it's made out of steel. Unfortunately it wont fit the big boards like the 4-way SLI cause they're too long. Otherwise a ton of room to work with.

I got mine at Microcenter on sale for about $239, list is $299. The egg carries them but I don't know what theu're asking for it.

Kind of towers over that little mid tower don't it :rolf: (I use the psu in the little one to run the loops during filling and testing)

Only got a single loop atm, although I do like where you've got the 120mm down at the bottom, tempting.... ;)

Yeah, that 120 slips in real nice, might require a modular PSU though cause the cables make it tight. I've seen mods where people cut out the lower HDD rack, cout out a portion of the bottom plate of the case, and, mount a 2x120 horizontally down there. I'm using 1 of the 2 lower HDD racks for my storage and backup disk though and really don't miss the extra 120.

I am now in deconstruction phase awaiting a new mobo that will arrive on Monday. The quick disconnects came in real handy as all it took was 4 quick twists and the video card and water block were free. Have another one coming in Monday for that last tube that connects from the mobo to the back rad. Then I'll be able to quick remove the entire mobo whenever I want without draining any loops :P

A few pics during the waiting period. Note how the output of the water block plumbing is sitting horizontal to the CPU block and very low to the board. It sits right on top of the HS for the VRs/moffests which I'm hoping will help keep those cooler as well :D In the pics above, a 92mm fan sits between this and another quick disconnect

Note: the Kryos mounting kit from the factor is FAIL. I used the back plate but had to buy 2 in 6x32 course thread screws and use a Kingpin pot screw down kit with the stops, springs, and thumb screws. Works great this way!

I have 3 580s, 2 now have water blocks on them and one is air cooled still.
Thought was to just go straight to LN2 with the third but now I think I'll put a water block on it too (have it inhouse), run all the benchies with cold water, then freeze which ever card I determin is better ;)

Once this gamer is done (I have 3 x 27in ASUS monitors for it) I'll turn my focus to the sub-zero lab downstairs. I now have TWO LABS ... is that cool or what hahahahahaha. The lab in the pics above is on the second floor :D

But I figured no foto archive of this build would be complet without these pics, so .....

First the front Koolance Resv - I love this resv :) Holds two resvs and two Dlaing D5 pumps in two bay spaces. top screws can be used for filling and front screws are great for bleeding, but.... muhahaha I've found a better way to fill and bleed :P

The back exterior plumbing is multi-operational. First pic shows it all battened down for gaming once the loops are full and bled free of O2. To fill and bleed, each loop has a mount for a round DD resv that easily screws into place..

Last water build I do without being paid to do it though, what a PITA :D

Thanks Supes, it was a areal pita though, a lot of the snakes I had to connect in the middle using male/male connectors and two pairs of pliers to hold one swivel while I tightened another:eek:

It's actually more of a reserpumper lol behind the resvs are two Laing D5 pumps built into the unit sideways. I love it too though :thumbsup:

Yeah Rick, couldn't agree with you more. I couldv'e put this on a Banchetto but I originally started the build with an objective different than gaminig in mind. That fell through so I said fuck it... here's my new gamer :P

Gonna see if I can sell in on flea bay too, never know :rofl:

Not as much of a hassle as it looks with the quck disconnects, before that, it was a real PITA. Not going to do another one though unless someone's paying for it :D
