Currently in a LC-20 case that I modded to hell and back..

No pretty pictures cuz pretty rigs are for front page. this is a working rig :)

System is

P67 deluxe B3.
2600 (no K) which I was pleased to find out.. does OC :) (42x max multi though from what I read)
2x2GB 1600 mhz Gskill ECOS (7-8-7-2T at 1.35v. running same at 1T 1.4 volts.
HD6850 cuz nvidia is for gamers.. ATI is for multi taskers who like to game :)
700W OCZ refurb. cuz I had it.
Lascala LC-20 removed all 3.5" drive cages. Ran out of pipe strap so currently 2 HDDs sitting on wires with a beer cozy in between.
Noctua c12-s14 cooler

Cooler sucks. 44C POST temps.

Used the lascala because aMD unit in the same rig dropped 10C cpu temps. between it and the Rosewill Challenger gamer case.

Thought it would be good for an all around rig.

Need me a nice 5U unit instead and will have to mod the top I guess too *sigh.

Dual 120 LS intakes dual 80mm HS exhaust. PSU sucks air from side. Vid is rear exhausting as well.

5.25: bays = DVDRW and a lianli 5.25 to 3.5 external adapter modded to fit spec 3.5" devices. Cuz lianli sucks my testes and dont make shit to standard. Never spending good money on their crap asses again. USB 3.0 eadapter in second 5.25" bay.

:Hi:

Thinking of getting the patriot Convoy 25S (I think thats the name) 2.5" sata backplane and replacing the DVDRW, cuz really.. who needs optical drives anymore? Be easy to slap in a extender for SATA DVDRW anymway..(just look gay as hell)
One out of 5 PCs is enough for optical drives...

Left room for the Revo drive too. thats getting sold off when im done testing it. 80GB aint enough for 24/7. I will PCmark it though. on x58 950 :) Wish I got a SSD I would actually use for all my reviews

I promise no pics.

Wire management was done enough to keep the wires from interfering with the fans (twice:) )

And to make room for the drives.

It works. And will be getting a revo drive installed in a couple of days (crappy 80GB though :( )

Decided to skip the second install for now and got down to a bit of overclocking instead :)

Still have not been able to disable that fucking EPU app ARGH!!! So mostly running at 1640 GHz.

However am topping 4.4 GHz at 105x42 :) System still feels a bit sluggish though because of that stupid built in speedstep.

Think I might go back to B2 though, as this is the second B3 board I got and it has quirks on it too. (First one was quirky and then died) Like CPU idle temp is 38C, CPU load temp at 4+ GHz and 8 threads of blend is 40C. Going to have to put the temp probe on it and see what it is really running at.
