Thx men, if the tsunami is big enough to reach me, well, you'd all better duck your heads and kiss your asses cuz its Armageddon time.

My home is roughly 800 feet above sea level smack dab in the middle of the island (A). If I've got problems, we've all got problems.

Hope we don't die in the next 5 min, I'm about 9 floors up in an apartment building. I can see Pearl Harbor off my lanai. That would really suck if we drowned. Mom and mother-in-law have been blowing up our phones. All I want to do is go back to sleep. LMAO

Damn Kal like a solid 1/4 of your island is wildlife reserves and parks. Funny how the gov't took all the good coastal land huh? Can you see that inlet from your house to the south?

Was this tsunami a non-event just like the last one a few months ago? If so it sure is making the scientist look like fools.

The scienctist got it right but they didnt know the size....the biggest wave was about 8 ft high....which is good but tue north shore has seen waves 30+...so oh well...it is always interesting to c how people act when an emergence happens : P

I think the biggest scare is not knowing what to expect... people seem to fear the unknown - not knowing exactly what to do or where to go. It puts ppl in a panic.

Glad you Pac Island guys made it through all right!
