Take a break from the weights/lighten it up until it's healed more? Or couldn't you cope without the workout :P

Had a smaller LN2 blister on my knuckle that looked just like that. Was surprisingly painful.

This is why I hate it when they post pics of people spitting out LN2 at events. Many things are really safe when you know what you're doing, but accidents can always happen. And when they inevitably do, bad bad things happen. Like government regulation. I dread the day you have to have a permit or a license to buy LN2.

I have a blister from a soldering iron. Yeah, not as cool as an ln2 burn but it was done while modding :D

OMG!!! that looks nasty, I still have frost burn on both my arms from a couple of years ago when I tried lifting a 20KG DICE cube wrapped in paper, it was in touch for hardly 5 seconds.
