Great job!!! Can't wait until you get that pot on it. Has Newegg got that $12 Crucial back in yet?

Dude I had the sticks in my cart and they sold out last night  I knew I shoulda ordered them. Plus I got your package yesterday ;) Thanks. Bro this board is sick. My hand is a little soar from taking so many notes :p but it's amazing.

Now if I can just get this memory stable over it's rated speeds....

That just wouldn't be sold out for no reason. I think people are on to them being hot!!!

Ya, somebody let the cat out the bag on those IC's in their newegg review. I think they are selling a 2x1 kit too but I'm not to sure.

haha....who's loaning out the quad, lol. My budget is more than busted right now. I'm testing for 4050mhz 24/7 clocks right now. Lots of tweaking left to do. I'm not too happy with my volts right now. That can be fixed though. Just takes time.

DICE runs are, well idk when atm. Next week I have almost no spare time. I might ask for the weekend off the following week to get some in.

I was pissed at the volts it took me to hit 5ghz with my e8600 when I 1st got it on water. Thought I had a lemon. But I stuck at it because I knew that I had a great chip from a great batch #. At 1st it took me a 1.6v to hit the 5ghz but in the end I hit it at a low 1.46v or somethin. Just have to tweak the settings mainly the GTL ones as that was my problem. In the end I hit 5.65ghz at 1.725v on dice. That was 3d stable too. Probably could do better than that if I could get back at it. I know I could have hit 6ghz on DICE with it on that REX mobo as I could have used setfsb. Keep at it.
:wtf:

I here ya. I've been running prime all day and keep lowering the voltage. I think I need to try the white slots with this ram. The board is real picky about certain dividers and straps. Read on xs that with some sticks the white slots work better. I ran memtest today at 1800mhz 8-8-8-24 2T and passed. As soon as I loaded into vista I got a BSOD.

i find with four different kits of ram... some work better in blue, some in white... guess its work testing the same settings in both to find your best combination? even try switching the sticks around in the same color slots
