Any of you guys gaming on this? I pretty much only use mine for benching, seems to be about 1-2K better than my full Vista install.

I am a big Battlefield 2 gamer. I tried to game on my Win7 OS and Punkbuster keeps kicking me. I don't know 100% but i think no punkbuster games until the final release.

I play COD WaW every day on Windows 7, the only differences that I have noticed is the machine seems to perform better with win 7 than it did with Vista 64 and sound seems clearer.

I might have a retail copy of Vista Ultimate for sale here shortly.

I am fully into Win 7 with all apps and games now. So far no real problems that I can tell. I do play many very old games, plus newer ones.

The only one that has given me problems is "Allied General" and need to run that in VM Win XP, thats a very old game tho.

Oddly enough I haven't found any bugs yet with Windows 7, Vista 64 with SP2 had plenty but Win 7 RC works flawlessly. Maybe I should start installing some of my older games to see if they have any issues?

Quad CrossfireX seems to perform a little better in Windows 7, why not try it and find out?

What build you running?

I DLed but never got to install some post RC builds that supposedly have improved gaming support.

I am using the RC for Win 7 64 bit( I don't remember the exact build number and am not on that pc atm). Try it, after a couple of weeks I preordered 7 and am thinking of adding another copy or two to the list so I can upgrade some other machines. For once a new os is actually an upgrade from Microshaft.

RC is 7100.

I had some issues with it, with gaming. And it just being too complicated in its simplicity lol

But just like Vista I will upgrade when it comes out.
