Sapphire Radeon HD 5870
Cat 10.3
Extreme Afterburner
Can go no higher than about 1000/1301 at 1.33 volts. Tried Rev's suggestion of lowering mem but still no go. Every time I try to bump it up in Afterburner it just reverts back to default settings or bluescreens.

Yes, they are both checked OC. What driver should I try?

To try and find if the drivers are the problem I would start at 9.12. I had a problem getting 10.3 drivers and AB-E to run with my Gigabyte card. Switched to 9.12 and worked fine. That was just my experience tho.

Try AB 1.4 it worked with 10.3 beta's for me
Vantage and 06 are much better with the 10.3 for me
9.12 for everything else

Seems that is just all this card has in it. No matter, not complaining as it is going in the gamer soon. :)

gpu temps are great. What temps are your VRMs running at? That was the limiting factor on my 4890

This is the card I got from Splave some time ago. I really don't know what "reference" is lol. Oh, congrats btw!
