You got a baseline to compare with WD?
I think baselines are invaluable screenys when tuning an os and system for benching. If you find one, please drop in so I can make sure everything is running accordingly ;)

yea I hear that unfortunatly I am crunched for time with two boys in premeir soccer.
I usually only have time to toss um in furmark the clocks and run the gauntlt blind post pull out the card and ship it .............
Most of my cards unfortunatly never see their best clocks as I do not have that kind of time ....
LOL my card are typically only 6 benches old when I have to sell them ........LOL
February has been great thought ... I have had a bit of time and trying to make the most of it, as March I am on the road again
here are the rest of my final results sorry I can't be of more assistance

This works in 1.4 not sure about 1.5
To unlock unoffical clocks in the Programsfiles/msi afterburner/msiafterburner.cfg
Open with note pad, scroll to the bottom and change unofficial clocks to 1 and it works

Idk if it works with the 4850 but with the 5870 this works.
1. Open Afterburner and set max clocks.
2. Close Afterburner. dont just minimize it, X it out.
3. reopen Afterburner and the sky is the limit.

I forgot to mention that you still have to change the cfg file using notepad first like Witchy said.

Yup or BIOS mod it, you can set max voltage that way also.
GPUz to pull BIOS RBE to edit it, and i just used atiwinflash to put it back.
