as most of you guys already know my i7 system is down for now..
due to i was not/never satisfied with the bench scores i've got with it..:keeporder:
as all you guys see i have no globle points @ all! the only one on the team that's like that!
and now i just started to rebuild the system all over again..
i monna keep my i7 920 and and my Cooler Master GeminII and that's all!
i been looking, and the motherboard i been looking at are the new asus and gigabyte with usb3 and sata3 on it, pretty sure i will end up with that gigabyte ud7 board
and not i just don't know that kind of ram should i go with anymore, i saw that Corsair Dominator GT Elpida Hyper issue it scared the living dudu outta me!:scared:
do you guys have any ideas what i should get?
i had the viper 1600 8-8-8-24 1.65v (not the 9-9-9 ones) it overclocks well but still not good enough and it's too tall!
i been looking around and the one i like are here:
Kingston HyperX 1600 8-8-8-24 1.65V (KHX1600C8D3K3/6GX) is my top choice then..
OCZ Intel Extreme 1600 8-8-8 (OCZ3X1600LV6GK) or..
OCZ Platium XTC 1600 6-6-6-24 (OCZ3P1600LVA6GK) or..
OCZ Platium XTC 1866 8-8-8-26 (OCZ3P1866LV6GK) was recommended by a guy works at OCZ :laughing:and lastly..
Corsair XM3 1600 9-9-9-24 (CMX6GX3M3A1600C9) i will go with this only if i am NOT overclocking

please help me out a little bit..
i really want to have some good score ..
i will take any recommendation passable expt quite overclock <that... you can just kill me >

thanks guys

I haven't used any of those modules myself so I can't comment but I'll try and do some digging around at the bot to see which modules appear to perform well.

Personally I'd go with the cas 6 OCZ's. Should be able to do 8-8-8-30 1T close to 1000mhz.

What is your budget? From what I understand the new Hypers aren't dying like the first batches. You can pick up Mushkin, Kingston, and Patriot with Hypers for a reasonable price.

i had a set of Patriot and because my cpu heatsink and the ram heat sink was too tall it wouldn't fit 6sticks with out breaking off some of the fins
i've always liked the kingstons wich one do you think is the best for what i do?
i can KHX1600C8D3K3 for 16* something
do you guys know when would zipzoomfly get more shippment in? cuz there ram is like extremely cheep!!!
i don't have ALOT $$$ i am trying to keep it somewhere around 180 1600mhz~2000mhz

I have a bunch of this ram Kikko and while not on par with Corsair, they do a great job for the money. I have never been able to kill any of it regardless of voltage abuse...
