We had one running last year and it sucked all the info out of the forum into the chat box. Chatlogs are not query-able so any troubleshooting or valuable info gets lost. We were almost going to run another chat this year but after healthy debate, decided against it.
We'll be upgrading to vBull4 soon, I'm curious if there will be an integrated chat system developed.

I prefer lame MSN.
Although I have not done group chats in years. Used to go all out with Yahoo chat, had the cam and mic setup, that was back in the internet radio DJing days though.
