That's an old term for those of us raised on CRT's,
It relates to the rasterscans painting the picture on the inside of the tube.

relates to Radar painting the target also.

I figure it had to show up on the next post, not in previous ones.

Yeah, keeping that thing tuned is a pain for him sometimes - I mean we've seen him walk into walls, doors :Dizzy: and the like. Don't know a thing about Borg tech so there's nothing I can do about it.

As for it being "on", I haven't done anything recently guys (That's why I've dropped in points lately) but you know it's coming soon enough on my part.

I'm just hoping it will be an extended season of cooler weather here this time around.
It does get cold here but typically it doesn't last long. Two or three weeks worth of sporatic sub-freezing weather (Mainly at night with lows dropping into the 20's or teens) is about the norm, then it starts warming up again.

Yes, it does snow here on occasion but it's a joke compared to most. You guys with the "Northern advantage" have it good in comparison but that's related to OC'ing only.

AHem, yah, we're not gettin any snow here anytime soon. I could, however, rent a room at the Observatory on Maunakea, they usually get snow at nearly 14,000 feet elevation ;) LOL

Just make sure it's not located on top of something that could get HOT really fast. You guys do have a few places like that around there and I doubt hosing it down with LN2 would do much good.

Watching the PC experience a literal meltdown isn't my idea of a good OC'ing session. :D

So, through the rather swift movement of time lately, the weekend for our TusLAN convention has arrived. OCamigo and possibly Dentlord will be en route on friday to the Old Pueblo.:gun7: OC is bringing his SS and dewar along with the F1EE that brother Kal so graciously donated to the NBOC. We have three different cards and two different i7's going onto extreme. Add to that the chiller which will be taking the Warbird's tri 280's to -2c.....:trophy::trophy::trophy:

Jeffro's got a pulled hamstring (work) right now, it'll be a while till he recovers. Soon you will be at 3k boints, another milestone. We'll get there tho, just taking the scenic rout atm.

That's why I was on hiatus earlier from benching and it could happen again soon.
I'll still get in runs as time permits while cooler weather is around.
